Refund Policy
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS available for purchase on the Fly Software website are downloadable, and try-before-you-buy. All are fully functional in order to let you evaluate them before you make a purchase decision. A detailed description of what each software product does is also documented on the Fly Software website and within the software product's Help.
Even though all software products can be used and evaluated before purchase, and the functionality of each is fully documented, Fly Software do offer refunds within 15 days of purchase. However, due to the charges Fly Software incur as a result of a refund, a $10 administration fee will be charged for each refund. This charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Before a refund can be issued, all associated software product licences you require a refund for must be unlicensed. Instruction about how to do this is provided in the associated software product's Help.
In circumstances where licences cannot be unlicensed or a facility to do so is not provided, refunds will be issued at Fly Software's discretion. Under these circumstances you will need to provide Fly Software with a signed letter (on your company letterhead), stating your order number, date of purchase and a statement declaring the software product has been uninstalled, and any licences associated with it are no longer in use and will never be used again.
